European Youth Olympic Festival champion
Won the 400 m hurdles in Tbilisi after reaching the semi-finals of the World U18 Championships in Cali.
The sporting chapter
Athletics was the first demanding system I learned from the inside: preparation, repetition, selection, pressure and the narrow margins between a plan and a result.
I specialised in the 400 metres hurdles and represented Spain from youth to senior level. My international career began with the World U18 Championships and a win at the 2015 European Youth Olympic Festival. A year later, I returned to Tbilisi and won silver at the first European U18 Championships.
At senior level, I competed at World and European Championships, won the Spanish title in 2022 and ran 49.68, my personal best and the Catalan senior record. I also won seven Spanish age-group titles and set nine Spanish age-group bests.
The sport also led me into representation. From 2019 to 2024 I served on the Governing Board and Delegated Commission of the Spanish Athletics Federation. That experience made athletics more than competition: it became my first close view of institutions, stakeholder interests and collective decision-making.
